The Xi'an should be on its way to St. Petersburg by now to take part in the Russian Navy Day celebrations.
Here it has stopped over at Rotterdam. Previous to that, it was at Toulouse and passed through the English Channel at the watchful eye of the RN.
Listing of ships. If this is true, expect about 39 destroyers from the 052C, 052D and 055 classes. So far.

we don't have 25 x Type 052D identified
The list seems to have stopped at 24 but I thought I heard somewhere its up to 26 hulls that have started construction. Some past post from this forum.
