10 commissioned sofar... ! ?At least 8 commissioned sofar on top of that 6 type 52C are commissioned as well When all of them commissioned it will be 24 type 52C and 52D Still not enough Though they have 32 type 54 and 4 type 55 sofar
And 7 more keels laid down, by @Interstellar 's claim, or 6 more, by Wikipedia. Either way, significantly more than the original 4 'slots' that were allowed to the 052D construction. Both imply a significant acceleration of 052D construction, consistent with the acceleration of the aircraft carrier construction program.10 commissioned sofar... ! ?

I believe 10, if you follow the Chinese wiki.
The last two ships are 119 Guiyang and 161 Hohhot.
There are definitely pictures of these ships with their numbers. Guiyang is the first 052D off from Dalian, and that ship is no longer in Dalian based on the latest photos of the shipyard, meaning it clearly has left the nest. There were even photos of it getting fueled and pushed by tugs as she finally left the nest.
120 Chengdu is the next ship from Dalian, in many recent photos of the shipyard, you don't see this ship anymore. She's either busy undergoing sea trials or may even have been commissioned by this time, since the PLAN doesn't announce commissionings anymore. If that is the case, she would be the 11th.
131 Taiyuan is the latest 052D from Jiangnan, and she can be commissioned before the year ends. She would be the 11th or the 12th depending if 120 Chengdu reaches there first.
They still got commissioning ceremony, like the picture above, but its not announced to the public anymore and they don't invite press on it.
(then referring to:if true, that would be something!
(just compare to "cutting steel" ceremonies in the West, for ships which are delayed and weaponry ... tragicomic)
)Did CNS 154 "Xiamen" enter the service in secret without the pomp of official commission?
