Some of the younger crew will be shaking their heads and mystified by the quote/question.
In all seriouseness...she sure looks like she can, and certainly has the weapons and an apparent very good sensor suite to enable her too.
I am sure she is sporting the best the PLAN has in that regard. As I say, very good looking and squared away...and I am willing to bet that she can.

This is all good and well. But what is happening to the Type 052C 152 Jinan ? When will she be commissioned. According to Wikipedia that will happen about 16 may. We will have to see. What is taking it so long. You would expect that as they build more of these ships it will take them shorter amount of time to turn them out. But with the Type 052C it is taking longer and longer.
