2014年3月21日,中国海军052D型导弹驱逐舰在上海江南造船厂交付并入役,引起国内外众多媒体和军事爱好者的的兴趣,并对此型导弹驱逐舰的性能进行了诸多的猜测和分析。这里,笔者也试图对052D型导弹驱逐舰进行一些分析和解析。
052D型导弹驱逐舰是以中国海军052C型导弹驱逐舰为蓝本升级而来,是中国海军贯彻 “舰艇平台通用化、电子武器模块化”发展思想的产物,是舰艇的平台和作战系统的框架结构一步到位、武器电子系统实现模块化、便于持续升级的设计思路的体现。笔者认为,这是分析052D型导弹驱逐舰的基础和前提,脱离这个前提就会陷入先有鸡还是先有蛋的无谓之争,换言之,如果因为诸如垂直发射装置的发射单元数量增加有限而诟病平台的吨位,那就偏离了原来的设计思路,不是升级而是而是重新设计一型导弹驱逐舰,虽然中国海军目前正在研制新一代万吨级的大型远洋导弹驱逐舰。
052D型与052C型导弹驱逐舰相比,主要在电子武器上进行了升级,如换装前主炮,用H/PJ-38型单管130毫米舰炮替换H/PJ-87型单管100毫米主炮;调整近防武器系统配置,用一座HQ-10导弹发射装置替代一座H/PJ-12型7管30毫米舰炮;用第三型水面舰艇导弹通用垂直发射系统换装第一型防空导弹垂直发射装置;在电子设备方面,相控阵雷达由346型升级为346A型、全面换装新型号数据链、增设通用型三军数据链并对其它电子设备进行了升级。
052D型舰沿用了052C型导弹驱逐舰的6000吨级平台和柴燃动力系统,主尺度一致,燃气轮机使用国产QC280燃气动力系统,平台充分继承了052C型舰的成熟技术,并将这个6000吨级平台的性能发挥的更好。除电子设备的性能提升之外,052D型舰在单位火力密度上较052C更大。总体布置上,052D型舰延续了052C型舰的上层建筑采用外壁内倾、角锥型桅杆、烟囱平台安装红外抑制装置等隐身设计和区域集体防护的设计,舰面设施更加整洁,舰的稳性有所提高。
052D型导弹驱逐舰外部较为明显的变化是将舰后部的鹰击-62型反舰导弹发射系统取消,导弹垂直发射装置从直升机库顶部移至原鹰击-62导弹发射装置部位,安装高度大为降低,垂直发射武器系统的重心较052C要降低很多;为布置后部垂直发射系统所需要的舱内空间,原后电站舱的位置相应向舰艏方向位移,烟桅-警戒雷达天线也相应向舰艏方向位移,这也使得517B型警戒雷达的天线避开了垂直发射导弹的初始弹道,并增加了HQ-10发射系统的有效射界;后部直升机库由舷侧偏置改为沿中线布置,原舰载小艇和小艇收放装置从露天式改为内藏式布置在直升机库的两侧外壁内部。这些改进在满足新设备安装和使用的要求的同时,还改善舰的初稳心、增强稳性,增大武器的射界、改善武器间的火力兼容性,降低舰的雷达波散射面积、提高了隐身性等,整个舰体显得更加简洁、美观而不失威武。
052D型导弹驱逐舰的作战使命与052C型舰基本一致,作为一型区域防空舰,其作战使用的重点在于防空及反舰,反潜性能并不十分出色。052D型舰在水面舰艇编队作战群及航母作战群中承担编队防空任务;能单独或协同编队中其它兵力攻击敌方大、中型水面舰艇;在登陆作战时提供火力支援;日常可遂行海上巡逻、警戒和护航任务。052D型舰具有较高的稳性和一级抗风能力,能抗超过12级的风力,作战区域可覆盖除极区以外所有海域。
052D型舰采用“集中指挥、综合组织、三级管理”的作战指挥模式,其作战系统体系结构与052C型驱逐舰相同,这种架构形式为双冗余交互式以太网结合点对点分布式和开放式,是国际上先进舰艇采用的作战系统主流体系结构。这种结构具有诸多的优点,如信息共享程度高、信息传输速率快、对系统和设备兼容性好等等。这种开放式作战系统体系结构,具有后续升级的便捷性,如根据需要可将中程防空导弹和对陆攻击巡航导弹与052D型舰上的垂直发射系统进行融合。

517系列对空警戒雷达是中国海军常见的对空警戒雷达,517雷达是一种米波雷达,其对目标的探测精度不如微波雷达,因其具有诸多的实用性方面的优点,中国海军并未放弃该雷达的使用。517雷达在恶劣气象条件下仍具有很强的穿透性和探测能力、具有对付ARM反辐射导弹的优势、理论上还具有探测隐身目标的能力。517雷达最大发现飞机目标的距离超过300公里,并覆盖360度方位范围。该型雷达具有干扰分析自适应频率捷变能力,天线阵列扫描一周可同时处理大于500个目标点迹,可连续24小时不间断开机,只需要一名操作手,整机功耗极低。052D型舰延续052C型舰的配置,安装了517B型对空警戒雷达,在目前看,无疑是一种最佳的选择。054型护卫舰上所采用的H/LJQ-360型雷达,其最大探测距离远不如517雷达,故此未选择此型雷达也属正常。而未选用052B型舰和054A型舰所用的382双波段三坐标雷达作为对空警戒雷达,是基于如下几个考虑:①517雷达对空最大警戒探测距离较382雷达远数十公里; ②需要设置较为高大的副桅用来解决382雷达的架高需要,这将导致平台结构、隐身性和稳性的改变; ③382雷达的工作频段与其他雷达和电子战等电子设备重叠,产生电磁兼容方面的问题,虽然可以通过匿影、错频和电磁兼容管制的手段进行改善,但会增加设计和使用上的难度; ④382雷达具有目标指示功能,作为警戒雷达时,该功能没有实际用途;⑤382雷达的价格远高于517B雷达。
在电子对抗手段上,052D型驱逐舰配置极为全面,安装了中国自行研制的新一代H/RJZ-726型舰载电子对抗系统。能截获敌方的雷达和激光等信号,能进行战场态势感知和敌我目标的识别;能干扰、破坏敌方反舰导弹的末制导雷达、红外、激光和机载武器控制雷达对本舰的探测和跟踪,该系统是一体化雷达、光电对抗软武器攻防系统。052D型舰在直升机库上甲板的两舷分别布置了两座726-4无源/光电干扰发射装置,726-4无源/光电干扰系统具有自动工作方式和独立工作方式,能发射红外干扰弹、烟幕干扰弹、厘米波箔条干扰弹、毫米波箔条干扰弹等,能自动选择弹种、数量,实施质心、冲淡、遮蔽及转移等各种干扰方式。726-4干扰系统还与水声对抗系统连接,发射装置共架使用,可发射水声对抗弹。
052D型驱逐舰在517B警戒雷达天线平台上保留了左右两个球形罩卫星通信天线,在驾驶室顶甲板366雷达天线后侧设有战术卫星通信天线,主桅上也设置了多幅数据链天线。052D型舰在通信系统配置上较为完备,通信系统涵盖卫星通信、短波通信、超短波通信、中波通信、甚低频通信、微波通信及密码保密等手段,采用光纤自愈环和分布式的网络结构,具有多种抗干扰通信手方式,通过宽带传输综合控制系统实现通信信息的交换传输和内部及外部通信设备接入的控制管理,完成对岸基指挥所、海上舰艇和飞机之间的通信联络及数据传输。电子设备是中国海军发展较快的领域之一,在第一批052C型驱逐舰交付至今的十年左右里,舰载通信水平发展突飞猛进,各种新技术得到了运用,多型新研制的数据链设备也相继列装,三军通用数据系统传输系统也成为052D型舰的标准配置。
052D型导弹驱逐舰是中国海军“平台通用化、武器模块化、体系结构超前化”的装备发展思路的具体体现,在确保装备性能得到不断提升的同时,也兼顾了良好的经济效益。052D型舰虽然使用与052C型舰相同的平台,但整体作战能力有了显著的提升,极大地提高了信息化程度和单舰火力密度,使得052D型舰成为中国海军水面作战舰艇中的佼佼者。
