Can some one tell me what the status is of 150 Changchun and 151 Zhengzhou ? There is a lot of conflicting reports out there about them. Are they still on sea trials or are they both active. Or is just one of them active ?

They are still not commission yet. I think someone screw up the project and cause a delay.

so cute, that sailor about halfway through video is stammering about as badly as I would be if I had to answer a question in Chinese
