Think you meant drawing? A very nice drawing, yes, but not a photo.
We've seen this before when they apply a "drawing filter" over a photograph.
That is an actual photo, just with painting/drawing effects/filters applied onto the photo.
Basically just the first, close-up, ground-level view of the carrier mockup structure undergoing the aforementioned expansion work, given that all of the previous photos are taken from space (and only one from the ground level, but taken very far away).
In the meantime, there seems to be zero notable changes on the 055 structure mockup.
Why is that 055 superstructure still there? How many years has that been there now.
Until China is ready to build a new class of destroyers.

around 2014 there was a leak that a heavy Cruiser like the Type 055 was under development
and also 2 x 12,000 cutters for CG
they turned out to be true
