Don't really know, can't trust any of these guys. He was an Anti-China hawk for years while at fox... he even made the connection it was better to not fight in the europe to focus on CHYNA!!!. However, some of his views seem to shift somewhat towards his end at fox...

Probably trying to pressure China into using their influence to push Russia into an unfavorable negotiation terms. Because there isn’t really anything the US wants to discuss with China in the first place other then Ukraine.

Also, the Chinese officials responsible for preparing his visit should decorate all the venues for his visit with hundreds or even thousands of red-coloured balloons at every room he stays and along every corridor he walks through.
