Indians who work in the west aren't a plot by the Indian government to infiltrate the west, they are leaving because of a lack of opportunities in India. Thinking that is the case is not far off the American claim that the CCP is infiltrating America.
Comparing either Indians or Chinese to Jewish people is different for a number of reasons. First, Jewish Americans look "American" and can infiltrate corporations, media, banks and politics without it being obvious. Imagine if there were as many Chinese (or even Asian looking people) in as many cabinet positions as American Jews are today, it's impossible.
The other reason is there is no organisation coordinating and lobbying prominent Indians to advance the interests of India. If anything ethnic Indians in American politics seem to be critical of India. Remember that Indian guy Biden sent to India to tell them to sanction Russia?
With Jews in America (or any European country) there are a number of organisations coordinating them, AIPAC, ADL, ZOA etc. In fact many hold dual citizenship with Israel. It's hard enough to imagine an ethnic Chinese politician getting a cabinet position in America, can you imagine what the reaction would be if it turned out he had a Chinese passport?
