I think most Russians rather prefer to engage with their very own Russian IT and healthcare professionals. They are no less capable than their Western and Indian counterparts. And they are paid in Rubles. But if still you prefer Indian professionals, then feel free to engage their services. Its a free market after all.

I actually can't think of a single thing Russia needs from India that it can't instead procure from China in superior quantity and quality.
It only worked pre sanction. i am sure there is shortage by millions. now Russia developing its own Industrial and Health care system on much larger scale. It can outsource plenty. you can already see they expanding housing for students. There is no such thing as useless human being now when tech connectivity and air travel so easy. it just need effective utilization. just gaining international students from Ukraine is net gain as they already learn the language.
Indians would insist to forget about China. India offers something else instead. India offers to Russia: Agricultural products, IT professionals, healthcare professionals, CEOs, and lots of ego massage. Russia might want them. But, would Russia buy enough of them to balance out its massive exports of energy, mining, grain, and arms to India?

I said effective utilization. not like those english speaking countries where entire firms are handed over to Indians. and thats not just problem with Indians. the quality of management has degraded all over West.
Arabs have relatively good experience with Indians as there accountability for performance more strict. There is no way US can invite Indians to Arab meetings if Arabs not want them to be there.
