The only sabotage being done to this rails is that companies and government are freaking cheap ass muthafuckahs. Ooh the stuff their dads or grand parents build don't need maintainance.
Can't be that intelligent if the current state of the US is anything to go by; it's like how legacy FailSons never seem to get expelled from positions despite failure after failure, eg Matt Pottinger, John Garnaut etc
