Does 40% on +$1 million make sense? Maybe it’s just me but that seems rather like a low threshold given inflation and specifically property value. I guess certains retirees and seniors are gonna get a heart attack looking at their tax payments lol.
Half of the political elites are trying to rob the business and financial elites to fund their current and future wars. High chance Dems lose the white house and even more of the house/senate as a consequence. The part about cutting federal debt by ~9% is a lie. That money is going straight to the military industrial complex.
Seems Saudi Arabia is not onboard with BRICS, SCO, and de-dollarization. They're just trying to leverage those threats to extract better deals from the US.

)The logical end result is that insuring, financing, and shipping in oil/gas trade will become dominated by Chinese, Indian, and Turkish companies. That supposed ~60% reduction in Russian oil/gas revenues is actually going into fattening the profit margins of Chinese, Turkish, and Indian companies.
I doubt Saudis will normalize relations with Israel anytime soon. They view themselves as leaders of the Muslim world so they need to pretend they sympathize with Palestianians and support their struggle for statehood. Normalization at a time when Israel has the most right-wing government in its history (with actual ziofascists holding ministerial positions) would simply be a poor look for them.
