That's just something I never really understand if you're staying China why not learn the language.
Especially if your a spy or doing intelligence gathering about the Chinese macdonalds menu, knowing the language means you can reach even more people.

Pity that the west laughs at him now but wait for half a year when there economies go down the toilet, I wonder if they will laugh quite as happily then. If Russia can learn then, that is the time to twist the knife into the west. Also Russia needs to remind India that well, just those few Indians laughing at Russia there, ought to have consequences. to be honest, one day in the future when the USA has truly fallen, Russia and China ought to put barriers in regards to trade against the west until all anti Russian leaders are thrown out of office, their needs to be some serious consequences here.

Iran and Turkmenistan have good relations. Doubt they will allow Israel to use their territory as a launch pad for its shadow war against Iran like Azerbaijan is doing.
