So either you get lynch, put into internment camp, assets confiscated for being not American enough, women went back to be babies making machine or you get cancelled from being not gay enough, not trans enough, not black enough, not lesbian enough.

I remember a couple decades ago something about reparations back then was brought up and someone threw out the idea Japan had to pay because according to their logic Japan made money from the US therefore liable. They included Japan because back then it was Japan that was an economic rival to the US. You better believe they're going to expect China to pay for the West having slavery and if it doesn't happen they'll blame China.
This is because Asians and whites do exceptionally well on SATs, and with Universities unable to make racial quotas once Affirmative Action is overturned by Supreme Court, so by making SATs optional, they can indirectly (and recruit) attract more Black/Hispanics to apply. It's bullshit since GPA varies wildly....a 4.0 from podunk highschool is nothing compared to 4.0 from TJHSST or Stuy. Less reason to reject a black if you close your eyes to terrible scores. This probably hurts Asians too that do score well and have high GPAs, because now SATs don't count. I suggest Asians hire a college consultant to help bullshit your essay and ECs, because that's what the process will be diluted to.
I wonder if affirmative action is banned, can they still know your race/background by your last name? Supreme Court should make admissions as blinded to names, or identifiers of cultural origin.

That doesn't follow at all, because there are many regions and issues that are politically laden for western academics operating within institutions having particular biases, funding for research in certain directions, etc. The question of the Proto-Indo-European homeland and the broader question of how India was populated is not one of those issues. If you disagree then you should explain where the bias or conflict of interest lies and how it translates to favouring one hypothesis for the Proto-Indo-European homeland over another.
