Even if the Kremlin is bombed, Putin won’t do anything. He will be talking about ‘our Western partners’ and ‘our brotherhood with Ukraine’.
The fact the Ukrainian leadership is still alive after all the attacks inside Russia proves how pathetic the Russian leadership is.

Vladimir Putin threatened to hang Georgia leader 'by the balls'
Vladimir Putin threatened overthrow Georgia's leader and "hang him by the balls" during talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy at the height of the war between Russia and Georgia.

The Russian Prime Minister issued the threat against Mikheil Saakashvili as his troops rolled into Georgian territory and at one point threatened the country's capital Tbilisi.
Mr Putin's fury was overheard by President Sarkozy's chief adviser, Jean-David Levitte during emergency cease-fire talks on August 12.
According Mr Levitte, interviewed in Le Nouvel Observateur magazine, Mr Putin exploded with rage when Mr Sarkozy warned him off toppling Georgia's democratically elected government  and its President Saakashvili.
"I am going to hang Saakashvili by the balls," he said.
"Hang him?," asked Mr Sarkozy.
"Why not?," retorted Mr Putin. "The Americans hanged Saddam Hussein."
Mr Sarkozy replied: "Yes but do you want to end up like Bush?"
Briefly lost for words, the Russian leader agreed: "Ah, you have scored a point there."
Confronted by the comments on a French radio show yesterday (THURS), Mr Saakashvili laughed nervously.
Well the Ukraines did play on Russia not going for their infrastructure for the last 9 months which did cost Russia time but now that they finally decided to get the job done, we have a meat grinder in Bakhmut that is killing hundreds if not thousands a day with the west panicking like bit@he’s and making these threats of escalation instead of knowing when to quit. So if the west pushes Russia great enough for Russia to final consider the west, in particular the Anglo Saxons as the enemies of humanity, well let’s see how long you think Russia is too soft, you might even wish they are soft at that time. I mean Zelensky isn’t the kind of leader that is know for making good decisions (I mean the Ukrainian general zaluzhnyy tried to warn Zelensky numerous to be cautious but Zelensky didn’t listen in favour of placating his donors. Hence that could be way he is kept around, because he isn’t an asset, he is a whiny liability that tries to get The west to cough up weapons and money almost every time he opens his mouth. So don’t go thinking Russias mercies and continue trying to negotiate as a weakness because in the day he stops calling them his partners, we should all watch out because I don’t think we have seen anything yet

Why hasn’t Russia destroyed the Ukrainian railway system yet?
Georgian leadership appreciate it. infact trade flow of Georgia has increased alot.
Russia needs Ukrainian leadership that has connection with US and Israel. so they can keep effective pressure on Europa. effective management is not to over react.
Simple answer, there main task is to destroy the Ukrainian military by letting them continue to herd themselves into Bakhmut so that they can get meat grinded and also consider how blasting the electrical grid also accomplishes a similar feat of screwing with the entirety of Ukraine. If the Russians want to extend themselves further in the further westward, it’s better not to completely obliterate the railway that could be used later, and if the Ukrainians have any mind for strategy, why did they not destroy the railway tracks and bridges properly to hinder Russias future advance.
