The fact that people actually re-elected Drug Fraud tells me everything about what the Ontario electorates think of the Charter Rights: namely that the majority don't actually believes in it. They knew something like this was gonna happen, and the majority either actively voted for him or didn't care enough to vote against him.

The rule of law is a blunt tool anyway. There is no point in that unless you are trying to divide power which is done by intra-party mechanisms in China.
