I can't believe Global Times is reporting this. They normally don't even care about India.
Splitting into two parts.

This is 100% an Indian intelligence operation to flood countries with Indians and form vote blocs to influence the political system of the countries.
Then they infiltrate government positions and corporate positions and use Indian lobby groups to bribe the politicians of these countries.
They have been very successful in this and the world is falling for the ‘Indian talent’ scam signing these bilateral migration agreements masquerading as trade agreements with India.

Some of those Japanese have very strange idea of how the world works.
Not surprising when that’s the mentality of the imperialist West. “I need it therefore I have the right to have it.” Remember the anal clean-freak Japanese didn’t understand how come China didn’t buy their radioactive contaminated fish…Besides I thought the West was using Japan as an example of a country of experience of China’s rare earths restrictions. An example… yes… of failure. After fifteen years and they’re still dependent.

I can see why so many want to be white. Everyone is suppose to honor them with tribute for just existing. And every one of them who thinks that way hates China.

China expresses strong dissatisfaction to EU's fine on AliExpress, supports firms in using legal weapons to safeguard rights
China firmly opposes the EU's imposition of digital barriers under the pretext of platform regulation, as well as its adoption of discriminatory measures to restrict and suppress the normal operations of Chinese e-commerce enterprises in Europe, the spokesperson said, urging the EU side to stop exploiting the ambiguity of legal provisions to abuse discretionary power and to treat Chinese enterprises fairly.
According to the company, AliExpress has invested substantial resources in risk assessment and mitigation, product safety and consumer protection. "We have worked constructively with the European Commission in the spirit of cooperation and transparency, and we made many improvements and voluntary commitments to meet the evolving expectations under the DSA," the company noted.

It was not the first time that the EU targeted Chinese enterprises with the DSA. In May, the EC issued a fine of 200 million euros to Temu under the Act, claiming that the company failed to diligently identify, analyze, and assess the systemic risks of illegal products being offered on its platform.

China vows to take 'necessary' measures to protect Chinese firms' rights after France passes 'discriminatory' law targeting Shein, Temu, and AliExpress
China on Wednesday expressed serious concern to France's newly passed "anti-fast fashion" law, which imposed discriminatory restrictions on Chinese cross-border e-commerce platforms, and vowed to take necessary measures to hit back if the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises are infringed.

Rare earths, of considerably top-tier quality. This time China will not stay silent about it.If you don't keep it a secret, China might take it seriously and come to snatch it, you know. #TheOnlyChoiceIsSanaeTakaichiCabinet

Japan is a beautiful country rich in resources. Financial resources should be very abundant, and it ought to be wealthy... But the government seems to have already been manipulated by people who are pro-China.

Also they cheaped out using fake element samples in the picture: real REE oxidize in seconds in air, they have to be protected in glass amples filled with argon.
