Those who are for banning are the ones that I've been saying who aren't seeing seriously the US's own racism is a national security threat. Those that think they can stop China with the way the West has been doing already all believed that Chinese can't do what Western whites can do simply because of genetics. That's why the US dropped the ball and China has surged forward where the West is all doom and gloom because China has "caught up". And who are these people? The typical dumb traditional racists. They're still for banning. It's just they think they haven't pressed the right buttons after they shut China out already. Did they leave some doors open? No, they're coping because it's the only reason they have left why that China is successful. It's because they didn't plug all the holes not that China doesn't need the West as much as they think. The irony is this is the racism they wholly admit and want and won't let go or else they ain't as genetically superior as they think. And they will march on the same path despite how it hasn't stopped China.
This is a monumental moment for all proud Chinese. I don't recall when I was a kid ever wanting to be white. I saw the racism I experienced as what it was and to this day. I saw a YouTube short recently of kids of different races playing gleefully with one another with the subtitles proclaiming children are so innocent unmolested by racist influences. No, sometimes kids are the most unabashed racists. Yeah they might learn later but some kids that are most cruel against other kids... race is simply the first thing they see as a point of difference. I remember when I was a kid how the other white kids were already trying to brainwash nonwhites kids proclaiming how whites invented everything. White people were already teaching that to their kids and you know that's exactly how they wanted their kids to taunt others because why teach that in the first place. To this day I reject any white, even the liberal ones, that think they know better. To me that's a sign they're a white supremacist. Kevin O'Leary is getting heat for saying he doesn't want his kids living in world where Chinese make the rules... Guess who else has said the exact same thing except for her granddaughter? Hillary Clinton. That's why there's no actually philosophical division between Republicans and Democrats. They see and want the same things. They're just arguing which one of them are in control over it. It's just a power struggle over who's in charge. It's the good cop/bad cop routine they're playing on everyone else. They both actually are working at the same goal.
Every white supremacist’s nightmare is finding out no one needs them. How is that wrong to make their nightmare a reality? That what’s China’s goal should be. It doesn’t do anything to them unless they think they have right to control everyone and everything. If so then it’s the greatest crime ever to them.
Yes the Economist thinks the West can tell China to stop something that is not wrong for the West to have or do. That kind of arrogance China should undermine. I heard a story it’s not just Open AI that had one of their models go rogue. Anthropic had one too but they reacted in a braggadocios way. Yes before, US AI leaders were in a veiled way taunting that they were able to cyberattack China and China could do nothing about it. Was it because they think they could make China surrender to their terms? I don’t think it was a coincidence that nearly immediately China unveils their latest rivaling AI models. I think it was David Sacks who brags that Open AI and Anthropic have even better models waiting in the wings that they haven’t admitted to… and China does too. So don’t rest in the comfort of thinking you’re in the superior position.
