The Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) will be named the MV-75 Cheyenne II as announced by the Army today. Not much else to report really, just figured I would post this announcement.
Bell posted this image to Twitter of the Cheyenne II which to my mind is a new rendering and probably represents the actual production version of the Cheyenne II.
The original Cheyenne was the AH-56 Cheyenne which was a Lockheed attack helicopter from the mid to late 60's. The AH-56 was cancelled before adoption.

If they want to properly test this against glide phase targets they need to have a pool of target missiles.
There is ARRW's glide vehicle, LRHW/CPS's C-HGB, and very soon, HACM.
US and Israel can barely intercept supersonic missiles a quarter of the time and we're supposed to believe they'll be able to intercept hypersonic missiles?
