If China stay quiet and Norinco act ignorant, yes, people will think that Chinese's military weapon are junk. Norinco must send their engineers to Thailand and investigate the problem, and fix this VT-4 ASAP. This act can become an effective anti western propaganda. If this VT-4 can work again in just some days of fixing, it will boast China's narrative. But if China stay quiet and Norinco doesn't do anything, it will become a bad problem. If Norinco stay quiet, Chinese government must investigate Norinco's management and bring those Corruptors to justice. But it will cause a lot of turmoil. The best choice is to send Norinco Engineers to Thailand, and publish their effort to fix VT-4.
