A filed by Northwestern Polytechnical University on an interesting propulsion setup for high-speed helicopters. The exhaust from the turboshaft is used to drive a turbine in the tail, which in turn powers the push propeller. This greatly reduces infrared emissions and improves propulsion efficiency.
Some rumors about a Chinese compound coaxial rotor helicopter in development/testflight phase.
As a side note, there are also further procurement tenders for materials for the Quad tiltrotor civilian demonstrator. So I guess that demonstrator should be undergoing assembly right now.

A bit enlarged ... and indeed a second aircraft. By the way, do we know who's the design team & manufactor?
There have been sayings on Weibo that this rotorcraft shares some design features with the Z-9 and Y-12, hence suggesting that said rotorcraft is likely to be from Harbin AC.
