Be that as it may, China can't allow Russia to lose against NATO backed Ukraine - even if the Russian invasion goes against one of China's core principles of anti-expansionism. I never liked the Russians then, will never like them for as long as they exhibit their Ork like mentality.

They are not. They are original African people who originated from that area. People tend to forget where civilization originated from.
i have read they deliberately reducing economic growth to make it easier to do the accountability of rest of population. what is that implementation of traditional values. and Russia is not as much interested in offering its infrastructure for transit trade. so if Chinese trucks dominate rest of Central Asia than Russia will prefer not not have parts of those Trucks inside Russia. there will be alot more standardization in autos.

CCG vessal was parallel to the164 in the previous clip with the PCG vessal in between both of them. Based on the other clips it looks like the Pinoy ship turned hard right cutting Infront of 164 and for some reason the ccg ship decided to chase after it, leading to the collision
