Do these new 300 chinese silo contain df-31? I thought they would contain df-41 which has a much bigger range and can hit all of US.It's not that difficult to add missiles if industry & money is there. Soviet Union deployed nearly 1000 UR-100 ICBM's in five years and China could most likely do the same with DF-31A, but that would probably mean lesser numbers of other missiles.

nobody knows which specific missiles are in new Silos but as per the US report, China likely to place DF-41 in newly constructed Silos.Do these new 300 chinese silo contain df-31? I thought they would contain df-41 which has a much bigger range and can hit all of US.
Some anticipations of strategic missiles to be present during the 2025 Victory Parade by Adorable Whale on Weibo:
- DF-27
- JL-3
- DF-41 successor (DF-51?) (labelled "doubtful" in the post)
- DF-5 latest variant (-C/D?)
- Large-sized anti-ICBM missile (DN-3/4? PC-19? HQ-29?)
Do they show off systems that just entered service or about to enter? Some anticipations of strategic missiles to be present during the 2025 Victory Parade by Adorable Whale on Weibo:

By any chance, do you know where can I watch the parade live stream? Did cpc-sponsored youtube channel stream in the past? Some anticipations of strategic missiles to be present during the 2025 Victory Parade by Adorable Whale on Weibo:

In theory the DF-41 could still be improved a lot. Does it even have a quick ascent booster? It probably does not have independently powered warheads either. The Russians are working on that for the Yars replacement, to defeat US ABM. And I would expect China to do something similar. The idea of a DF-41 successor seems a bit odd given how recent it is and how it seemingly should meet most PLARF ICBM road mobile needs, and one would think the next most logical ICBM would be the large silo based ICBM (though in theory there's no reason both couldn't be pursued).

As for large silo ICBMs I consider them to be a waste of time and resources. The Russian Sarmat for example is kind of pointless. I am sure China could develop a modern large liquid ICBM if they wanted to but what is the point? They are way less survivable.
