If Iran somehow get a ceasefire with Israel soon that doesn't involve giving up in a such a humiliating way that will cause citizens to lynch it's leaders on spot, they have one last chance to get it's shit together. That's it really.

it's highly unlikely that they can build a nuke now after having their nuclear facilities severely degraded. also you can't produce nukes when such facilities are under constant bombing. personaly I believe the window to produce a nuke has been closed.

Issue isn’t building a nuke. The Fat Boy that was dropped on Hiroshima wasn’t impressive by any means to what Iran can accomplish. It’s really a lack of political willingness to do so, and Israel is taking advantage of this.
