Frankly who gets to say who can have nukes? The West doesn't want China to have nukes. If adversary countries didn't have nukes, you think the West would be acting so responsible right now and not using them to get the world under their control...? That's the only thing that has literally prevented a Western country form using their nukes is the fear of being nuked back. How about a total ban on nukes in the world? I'd be for that but since the first people that wouldn't get rid of theirs is the US and the West, I say anyone can have nukes if they can make one.
If China can make their hypersonic glide vehicle that can release a payload work, that's going to be a huge strategic game changer, so I hope they can make it happen. The West's arrogance comes mostly because they feel safe at home from attack. China won't need to use nukes if they can drop a conventional bomb anywhere around the world with an HGV. China can just destroy infrastructure like how Western countries can do it now to anyone. When it happens to them, that's when they'll think twice about dropping their bombs on others so easily. Take away their creature comforts in life where they might be out of power for months maybe years or it won't be as easy as turning on a faucet at home to get water, that's when they're going to start thinking about the consequences of how easily they decide to go to war with someone.
Look at how many US politicians and civilians on social media run their mouths so easily. In this day and age of the internet, you think it would be hard to find where they live and then China bombs their house? Look at how Americans will easily dox someone they don't like knowing China can bomb them easily. Republicans will be only living underground. You think anyone will want to be standing next to anyone Republican in public? How about maybe also be in a moving car with them? Redneck MAGA Americans are worried China is targeting them personally to steal their data from TikTok for some nefarious purpose. You don't think if China had this capability, each and everyone of them wouldn't think they would be China's next target to bomb...? Buy your stock in anything to do with doomsday prepping in the US.

Because South Korea and Japan are under US nuclear umbrella and these countries are "kind of" a vassal state, they will do whatever the US tell them.
In ME is totally different geopolitics to play, none of them is under US nuclear umbrella. If Iran had a nuke, I can see that definitely Saudi would want to have nuclear too, how about Iraq, Egypt, etc ?

Seems there was some interesting news regarding the JF-17. Apparently one was shot down in Myanmar and what is even more interesting is the weapon with which it was shot down.
So, it seems after Chinese fighters and air-to-air missiles have become battle tested, Chinese MANPADS is now battle tested by shooting down a Chinese made fighter. An interestingly ironic situation.
What are they gonna do? Send 70 Rafales and MKIs to bomb the hell out of Israel?
