India have a hard time maintaining their fighter jets and the US have a hard time maintaining their f-35... adding these together, if India get some, not a single one of them would fly after a week or so.
There are rumors that Pakistan used an indigenous jammer which disrupted the signals of Indian Rafale aircraft.
Still waiting for confirmation on a lot of stuff (as if India will actually do it) but assuming this is true, Pakistan is clearly superior in cost to effectiveness. No wonder in Paris 2024 they managed to steal Gold from India in the Javelin throw.
Being just big and boasting how much money you can spend on overpriced weapons doesn't mean anything. Late Qing was like that when they fought Japan and we all know how that went.

I predict the following:
- PAF retaliates in the same manner, on equal amount of targets
- IAF caught off guard is faced with either taking it on the chin or attempt to scramble
- PAF prepared for an IAF scramble and has assets in place like in Feb '19
- IAF loses another handful of fighters
IAF truly is at the mercy of the PAF.
