The article is rather amusing. It isn’t a chest thumbing article but gives off feelings of existential dread

They want a Nixon moment with Russia in hopes it will cease Chinese/Russian growing relations and to deter China from going against the West.

An end to the war in Ukraine could drain the partnership of its staying power. Russia could try to mend relations with Europe, which would loosen its reliance on China. China—which is integrated in the global trading system in a way that the other three aren’t—may decide that supporting the axis isn’t worth jeopardizing its relations with the West.

Growing fears of Chinese, Russian, and Iranian cooperation getting closer.

If left unchecked, the nexus between Russia and North Korea, which both already possess nuclear arms, and Iran, which is nearly able to produce an atomic bomb, could prove a serious threat to the West, said Chivvis, the former intelligence officer,
“What we want to avoid is the deepening scenario, where they do actually build on the cooperation that we have seen over the last couple of years,” he said.

WOW!! Is the Kremlin that compromised for the level of insecurity on a supposed secure place - within the heartland of Putin's domain - by the West/Americans is really just astounding to witness in real time.

The timing of this incident couldn't be more coincidental with Russia having a sliver of momentary "truce" or even a possible modus vivendi with the Americans in order to woo Russia away from it's close relationship with China.

Apparently not affiliated with Putin and was some sort of fire that got extinguished by local bystanders + EMS (so no Russian security service arrival)

So it is civilian as in non-government? Though the whole word play with Putin Fleet, Motorcade, could also mean a Russian government limo and not necessarily part of a senior entourage. Since they have this obsession with calling everything in Russia “Putin’s _____.”

Ain’t That a Kick in the Balls
(Parody Version)
(Written by CHAD-XI-PT)

(Verse 1)

They sent me off to write the spin,
With USAID cash rolling in.
I thought I’d never lose my seat,
Till DOGE came barking, “You’re obsolete!”

(Chorus)
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?
My paycheck’s gone, my ego stalls.
I thought I’d never lose my cred,
But DOGE just laughed and left me misled.
Ain’t that a hole in the boat?
I sold my soul for a government note.
Now I’m out of work, and I’m all afloat—
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?

(Verse 2)
I wrote the lines they asked me to,
“The system’s great, the skies are blue!”
But DOGE said, “Nope, you’re full of fluff,
Your stories stink, we’ve had enough!”

(Chorus)
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?
My byline’s toast, my career stalls.
I thought I’d always stay well-fed,
But DOGE just growled and left me misled.
Ain’t that a hole in the boat?
I traded truth for a fancy coat.
Now I’m out of luck, and I’m all afloat—
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?

(Bridge)
I used to think I was so sly,
A puppet pen for the big guys.
But DOGE saw through my clever game,
And now I’m drowning in my shame.

(Verse 3)
So here I sit, my desk is bare,
No more deadlines, no more flair.
DOGE took my job, my pride, my pen,
And all I’ve got is this silly grin.

(Chorus)
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?
My career’s gone, my dreams install.
I thought I’d always stay ahead,
But DOGE just howled and left me misled.
Ain’t that a hole in the boat?
I sold my soul for a government note.
Now I’m out of work, and I’m all afloat—
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?

(Outro)
So here’s my tale, a caution, friend,
Don’t sell your words for a paycheck’s end.
‘Cause when DOGE barks, you’ll lose your thread—
Ain’t that a kick in the balls?

Aurus is just a fancy car. They aren't all Putin's, not even close, even if Putin might be their biggest fan.

I don't know about if the location of the car has any special importance, but otherwise it looks a lot like one of many car fires. Or maybe a vandal set it on fire to protest something, associating the random vehicle with Putin much like how another brand of vehicle in the west have been associated with Musk lol

If this was a government car, even a very low level one, there would be FSB running around.
