While platforms like TikTok and RedNote have granted Westerners, especially liberal Western women with socialist tendencies, a clearer and better view of China in recent years in general and the last few months in particular, the majority of Westerners remain biased and hostile towards China due to decades of misinformation and disinformation.
As such, only a minority of them are interested in seeing China firsthand, and even fewer have the resources and drive to actually make it happen.
However, the thing is these liberal Western women who're usually the most open to working or living in China are also usually the craziest demographic in the West.
