For better or worse, I have not studied enough Chinese women residing in the West to reasonably confirm or deny your hypothesis.

I can see a lot of reasons why people from some western countries move, the main difficulty is just language and culture
It is reasonable to run away from some regime that wants to tax you 50% while making your necessities unaffordable so you can't even save up for anything major.

liberal Western women with socialist tendencies, a clearer and better view of China in recent years in general and the last few months in particular, the
majority of Westerners remain biased and hostile towards China due to decades of
misinformation and
disinformation.
As such, only a minority of them are interested in seeing China firsthand, and even fewer have the resources and drive to actually make it happen.
However, the thing is these
liberal Western women who're
usually the most open to working or living in China are also
usually the craziest demographic in the West.
