Are C919 deliveries on pause or something? Its been almost three months and I don't see any deliveries this year.
It takes time for a newcomer to sort out and streamline their delivery and procurement supply chains and start ramping up production. COMAC is new to the game, so give them some time to get there. Let them work at their own rhythm. They will get there eventually.. Plus they are building a second factory for C919 if I remember correctly.. So when hat comes online and is put in operation they will ramp up production even more. How wee all this will take time, maybe 2/3 years or more.

I guess there will no solution apart from hastening the certification of the CJ1000AX turbofan.
As the COMAC C919 is totally dependent on CFM for the Leap-1C, there is no way C919 can achieved even a 24 planes production annually.
This was the plan from day one and that is why US Administration did not sanction the sales of Leap-1C engine to China.
They believe that they have China under the nose.

There are far too many coincidences in the past eg. delay to the ARJ-21 project due to late delivery of the GE CF34-10A engines.
The above is a fact and this one happened during the maiden test flight of Eastern Airlines first C919.
Resulting in further delay.
Well. It is just observations by me as well as fellow enthusiasts.
Such things are not easy to prove as malfunction do happened and this one was due to faulty parts by General Electric.
