Imagine if white Europeans claimed that QinShiHuang was really a blonde aryan man (they actually do believe this) and then started larping as ancient Chinese people complete with corrupted traditional Chinese practices and “reinterpretations“ of Confucius to justify their predation, and then they started occupying Chinese lands and massacring the local Chinese with weapons and mercenaries from the west. This is also what could plausibly happen given the nature of the Anglo led west.

They're already doing that with Terracotta warriors being ancient greek involvement.

De minimis is dead, so do Shein and Temu in the USA. I think USA China trade will crash, everything is going into that direction. Right now a lot of trade is going through 3rd countries for some time probably it will go that way but if they want they can cut the loopholes also but it will take time. Chinese bazooka later this year or next year (e.g. I would suggest an idea for Monthly cash for parents in China) will be Chinese answer besides counter tariffs and anti monopoly investigations

I think people will still buy from shein and temu as long as the tarrif is still cheaper than scamazon or h n m. The problem will be on the us side trying to inspect and collect the tarrifs of billions of packages. At the moment a dropship product on amazon is 3-7x+ the cost of aliexpress.

USPS does a lot of last-mile delivery to rural areas. Would make shipping much more expensive in a lot of places if they had to go with a private company.

I'm guessing Trump didn't really thought much about his tariff war policies, even less so than Trump 1.0. Maybe he felt federal government needed money fast and that was that. Too bad getting caught bluffing has consequences. Now let's just see if EU also calls his bluff or would they cock again.
