My dream scenario would be for China to suspend TikTok operations in the U.S. right after the ban has been postponed due to concern of META stealing the algorithm. Only when they sign a document promising that there will be no violation of Chinese IPs in the future in front of the United Nations will operations be allowed to resume.

Young American Born Chinese are having epiphanies right now as their racial identity receives societal validation for the first time in their lives. Once you taste that feeling of being treated like an actual person instead of a worker-slave, there's no going back to the invisible caste system. The subconscious knows! Although I find it distasteful, once Chinese soft power penetrates the anglosphere, many hanjians will be quick to pledge their new allegiance to the mainland shamelessly.

Back in Trump 1.0 days when he first got pressured he was about to sell Tiktok for cheap. Then CPC did that scene from Let the Bullets Fly were you fire a shot into the air and yell "get up! Nobody is worth you bowing to!" And passed that law that said no selling algo.

They were never serious about banning TikTok; it was a ploy, a bluff to get ByteDance and its shareholders to give all rights and tech and IP to anglo zionist oligarchs in exchange for worthless dollars.
Effectively, it was a mafia style shakedown - if you recall, back during the first Trump Presidency when he first suggested banning TikTok, Trump also made it clear he expected a fee from US oligarchs for brokering the 'sale'.
