Cannot discount the possibility. The Flight formation light on this particular J10CE9001 is different from that of Pakistan Airforce.

Out of curiosity, what's the purpose of covering the wheels with sheet metal cylinders?. I thought it was only the front wheel but I see the main landing wheels have them too.
