Vucic had some interesting commentary on choosing Rafale over Chinese or Russian fighter aircraft. Apparently transportation for potentially offensive armament is difficult through NATO territory. J-10 is an excellent fighter from tech specs standpoint but there is almost no chance of it getting delivered to Serbia.

It is becoming readily apparent why the Y-20s were packing flares/chaff when deliviery FK-3 to Serbia...

Bosnia has a tiny bit of access to international sea. And is not in NATO. If paid well enough, maybe transfer of arms could go through it and reach Serbia.
