Even now the US guards against India, nevermind in a theoretical future where China is defeated.3) Sharma asked if the US would still be friends with India after helping it to rise against China. Mearsheimer gives a very straightforward answer. Now the US is trying to help India rise to contain China. But if China does fall, then the US will turn it's gunsights on India. That's a very honest answer by him.
Ah, Slavoj Zizek, that confused "communist" clown with no principles. He is used to be a fringe commentator to me, I never got his true political alignment. But today, he comes across as a confused and disturbed individual with no principles. Reminds me of some people I know. To think that this guy used to be a contributor on Russia Today until 2022. He is so now unhinged for his hate for Putin and Russia, calling for giving nukes to Ukraine to stop the "dark fundamentalist" Russia unconditionally. Its a lesson to the Russian media and Russian people that anyone sometimes who aligns with your view is not necessarily your ally. Especially people from the West and India.Another so-called "Western Liberal/leftist academic" becoming unhinged and retarded when it comes to the discussion of Russia. The dude is fawning in his mouth with all the rage against Russia calling them "Conservative fanatics and religious fundamentalist, no different than the Arabs" oopsie!! someone is going to be pretty upset that Arab power is not being recognized. I guess Mr. Slavoj Žižek isn't sophisticated enough huh.
Agreed with this.Even now the US guards against India, nevermind in a theoretical future where China is defeated.
I don't really think so. If things do go badly for the US, yes it might cut a deal with China. But the US will always play India against China. The US is still a white colonial supremacist nation. Playing divide and conquer is in the US's DNA, no matter how diminished it might be. Why settle only for a US-China detente when it can play Asia's two most populous nations against each other and maybe some day, take the opportunity to rise again? In fact, if US sees things going badly it will much prefer to quickly cut a deal with China so that it can fully focus on the third upcomer, India. After all, its much better to share a pie between 2 than between 3, 4, 5 etc.

Unless the Chinese leadership are retards, they probably have a contingency plan against India. India wants to carve up China? See if your country is any position to after all the nukes land.Palki Sharma. The well-known Jai Hind propaganda mouth-piece had interviewed John Mearsheimer. It looks like a crowd of Indian elites are in attendance, eagerly listening.
A bunch of obvious questions were asked. But it seems that Mearsheimer is not giving the best answers that Sharma and the Jai Hinds wanted to hear.
Among the highlights for me are:
1) If China and India fights, who would Russia chose to side? Mearsheimer's answer is nobody. Russia will just sit on the fence, because it won't want to piss off both sides. I think that this is a realistic answer.
This reflects a silly mindset among the Jai Hinds, that Russia must somehow take India's side in a Sino-India war. No, Russia don't want to choose. But if it must choose, it has to choose to China. Simply because of economic importance, relative geopolitical power, and more importantly, geography.
2) Sharma asked Mearsheimer if China invades Taiwan, would India gang up with the US on China and block the Malacca Strait? Mearsheimer simply said no. He thinks that India would give indirect support, while it's really the Phillipines who would be America's true pawn in that conflict.
For me, Sharma's question is an indication of intent by the Indian elites. Their desire to backstab China in the event of a Taiwan conflict, or any other Sino-US conflict. So the Chinese leadership should do well to prepare for that eventuality. All India needs is to foolishly perceive that China is "losing", for it to act. Whether it's because of the Western media, or the Jai Hind propaganda. Just like what India had done during the Covid emergency in China. Maybe Modi might actually chicken out from doing it. But this is still an Indian threat to take seriously.
Gulf Arab leaders and SEA leaders should also take that Indian threat seriously. Because an Indian blockade of the Malacca Strait will massively impact their economies too. If they were serious, they need to plan a joint naval operation with China to reopen the Malacca Strait from a probable Indian blockade. But that is just my wishful thinking. I don't think that they would do anything serious in reality.

The Jai Hinds were probably thinking, that once China has fallen, India and the US can carve up China together. And India and the US, will live happily ever after. Not a chance in hell that that will happen. India is definitely next on the chopping block. Mearsheimer has given a very honest warning. But I know that the Jai Hinds still won't get the message. All they care is about is their Akhand Bharat project.
India also has Nukes so don't think it would be an option, Vietnam scenario is more likely give a conventional beating so hard that even your grandkids will bitch about itUnless the Chinese leadership are retards, they probably have a contingency plan against India. India feels like a big guy coz it's a big fish in a small pond. All their neighbours except China are much smaller and way weaker than them. So when China reminds them that their fantasies only work on the south Asia contininent, they seethe like hell. China has Russia, Korea and Japan as neighbors minimum. All can punch very hard. Even an underdeveloped country like Vietnam can put up a fight India wishes it could do. India doesn't know what real adversity looks like and one day it will find out the hard way.
Sorry bro you paint a bleak picture, for the Chinese with a chauvinistic mindset, India is irrelevant, the noises , the grandstanding the ,chest thumping and Peacock attitude is seeking attention NOT from the Collective West BUT from China, they want to be treated equal with the Chinese BUT don't want to work hard for it and also if They want to balkanized China, as every Chinese I'm included would not let it happen, as our aspiration is her rejuvenation and its rightful place in the world.Unless the Chinese leadership are retards, they probably have a contingency plan against India. India wants to carve up China? See if your country is any position to after all the nukes land.
You're so correct bro, their 56 inch chest is so hollow that it can't take a one inch punch from Xi who only have a 54 inch chest.India feels like a big guy coz it's a big fish in a small pond.
