Why would Chinese AI need to train on the 4chan calibre of the anglophone internet when it has the billion plus internet of china? Sounds like the U.S. side particularly Zuckerberg demanded access to Chinese cloud data and were rebuffed.

If the situation is reversed, bet that if the USA citizens try to escape into Mexico, they will end up as canon folder for the cartels down there. Like really if the border is that much of an issue, why not clean up their act down south so that things like this situation doesn’t happen
