In the event of a amerinazi bioweapon, it is likely that a vaccine/cure can be rolled out rapidly, while the disease is suitably sent back to its origin territory to freely wreak havoc, like we witnessed with the COVID19 event.

It's designed to create disharmony, disunity, dysfunction, and ultimately to discombobulate the people and stray away from its purpose and mission of making China prosperous and secure.

Minnie Chan is true chaotic neutral in that she occasionally completely regurgitate US propaganda about everything in China being a copy of American platforms, and then the next moment she writes some article based off weibo rumors that speculates China's 6th gen plane can solo destroy a whole US carrier group.
