I believe the J-20 construction built RAM into the construction material for their aircraft. They are more like panels shown in some of these pictures after your post than actual paint. Although they may also apply paint based stealth coating for further reduction.

The VE40 satellite intelligence mobile data station. It's basically a ground terminal for receiving space-based ISR (intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance) information. The terminal allows combat units at the brigade command level to receive real-time reconnaissance information obtained by satellites, such as high-resolution satellite images of the battlefield, thereby giving commanders a birds eye view of the battlefield, enabling them to better plan and make tactical decisions.
