To me it’s borderline between funny and sad how many people on twitter and such seem to have actually bought into this as something real…

Some humorous story, according to Xi Yazhou yesterday, apparently at the Rostec stand they were advertising KAB500 by showing a CGI video of it hitting a 052C.
The guancha gang was going to go up to have a go at the Russian guy but he saw them checking out the video and figured out what was coming so he sort of turned in his chair and pretended to be transparent, so they didn't end up approaching him.
Would be interesting to see that video, they reckon it must have been prepared for next defence show in Hanoi.

I heard Russians outsourced video preparation to Indians. It may just be Indians being Indians.
It's this sort of crap that puts a ceiling on my sympathy for Russia. If Russia's going around advertising PGMs... physician, heal thyself.
