I will say something else, the J-20 looks very good with the short, serrated nozzles. I underestimated how much the previous long nozzles were ruining its looks. The hit to rear RCS is forgivable, the hit to aesthetics isn't.
Once the WS-15 TVC nozzles are ready you'll complain that you underestimated how much the black jagged nozzles ruined its looks.
260km MTCR sounds to me it might be over 300km.
Seems like ducting and surface structures, with the screen itself likely depicting a generic "ucav" whose significance likely doesn't represent anything specific.
Why would you assume they didn't? Do the Chinese not have the habit of dumbing down export versions?
They certainly nerfed it. It's not as if Meteor Class AAMs are impossible for the China of 2020s.
