What is that alien UFO thing in the middle?

Maybe this thread should be moved to the Strategic Defense section. Arms trade is a part of it and it seems everyone is spreading around pics from Zhuhai all over the place with this thread getting less attention.

Look at the center of the picture and then a little left. That 1960s sci-fi movie rocket ship with a flat top. It looks like something from that British TV sci-fi puppet show Thunderbirds.

And at BVR distances smoke trails don't mean much.

The next best thing to a bipedal robot soldier because really the biggest hurdle is getting the all the movements from walking on legs right. Yeah might not be able to go through all the terrain legs can but like I said, the next best thing. They just have to work to extend height. Something with wheels can move faster.
