Is the Z-20T a special forces helicopter, akin to MH-60L DAP, or an armed transport for regular troops, roughly equivalent to those found in Soviet-influenced militaries (Mi-4AV, Mi-8TV, Mi-8AMTSh)?

I know earlier descriptions of it called it a special forces helicopter, but I later saw it simply called an armed transport. Is it possible it being sighted with an attack helicopter from the 161st Brigade might hint at it being deployed with air assault brigades as well as being used by special forces?

And speaking of that, is it known if special ops brigades have an organic aviation unit, or if they rely on helicopters from the Group Army's aviation brigade?

EDIT- To be clear I'm not asking if it is a direct equivalent to those foreign designs, more just curious if it is purely spec ops, or might be used by regular troops as well.
