It kinda looks like the wings will fold out doesn't it?Cross-posting from the munitions thread. A Z-19 is seen firing a missile that features very substantial strakes. Can anyone ID the missile? It appears to be entirely new.

Indeed. Each strake appears to be composed of two sections in tandem. The forward section is basically a small fin, and the rear section is much longer in length. I wonder if the rear section is foldable... If it is, this missile might be the same as the previously seen missile tentatively designated by Huitong. The image below captures a KD-X right after launch and probably just before the rear sections began to unfold.
