Looks like they nailed a moving armored vehicle at the 4:41 mark.

Since the PLA is such a fan of rocket pods, I wonder if China has a conversion kit to add laser guidance to unguided rockets.

I think the HUD is out of the view.

EDIT: Does the backseat have a HUD? Looking over some images, it doesn't appear to have a HUD, at least not a normal full-size one found on the front seat.
