I will borrow your post to ask the question "what is the reason for this kind sail design?"I think there is at least two of them. Maybe even more. You can see the differences in the markings, plus one sub came out from Wenchong and another from Jiangnan.

Are we sure it's not just one pre-trial and one post-trail pictures?I think there is at least two of them. Maybe even more. You can see the differences in the markings, plus one sub came out from Wenchong and another from Jiangnan.

The sail is to keep the boat from rolling. Adding a "cap" to the sail makes it harder for water to go from one side of the sail to another, thus makes the sail more effective.I will borrow your post to ask the question "what is the reason for this kind sail design?"

Pakistan has begun construction of the Hangor class submarine.
Wait, are these built in Pakistan or China?
If Pakistan, I would like to say: GOOD JOB! Impressive!
8 subs, 4 built in China and 4 in Pakistan. One of them is license produced in Pakistan. Other ones are under construction in China.
