Trying to get an electrical engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Gonna graduate next semester if all goes to plan.

Hey a Longhorn! I'm from College Station. Although I've never gone to A&M, I've always considered myself an Aggie (my wife went to A&M though).

Anyway, I got a B.S. in Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Biophysics, first Postdoc in GI physiology and currently on a second Postdoc in cancer biochemistry. Am in the process of looking for a faculty position and owning my own lab. Seems like I am the only life science major on this forum...

BTW, anyone else in Texas? We should have a get-together!

There are others but they will have to post up for themselves. Some members wish to remain incognito...
