08/26/08 – Afghanistan: French military in Kapisa. On 9 August 2008, Building up of Kapisa Combined Battlegroup (GTIA) reached full operational capability (FOC). Made of 600 men, the GTIA is based in Nijrab and Tagab FOBs (Forward Operating Bases).
