well one cannot really explain what happenst to one when in sauna, but one have to experience it by himself.... att the same time nothing really goes on, except your skin turns to read and you feel like you have sweated like pig...then you wash yourslef in either the old way by hitting yourself hard whit bundle of birch twigs...or just get some shower....
