Dam, bladerunner.......... First you had a trio and won, then you practically murdered your in laws, and still got your wife...........and now you got all that you can want, including truffle studded Oaks. And it's freakin rare to find a Chinese out here with diaspora roots like yours that still know their Chinese like you....... It's like the only thing you did wrong your whole life was eat McDonalds in China for a week.........

I am in one right now and I feel like Taeyang....

Speaking of today, has/did anyone given/decided to give their significant other twelve peach blossoms? (Since peach blossoms is China's flower of romance and traditionally found during Chinese New Year. Since we got the 2 mashed together in one day, I can't think of a better combo... And she can wear them in the hair too.)

Taeyang? Since when did you jump on the K-pop bandwagon? If I have to listen to Wedding Dress one more time I will shoot myself. What do you mean by

Off topic- did anyone know it was doppelganger (celebrity look-alike) week last week?

Lucky I guess
maybe one day Ill tell you the story, that one day I decided my good mate was taking toooo much interest in the girl i was beginning to fancy. So I had to think of a way to divert his interest. A very amusing episode it was, and even though i have never spoken to or seen him in person since that episode i am constantly reminded of him in a television advert that sorta depicts a similar scene, as a prominent medical practioner his name crops up, or every now and then my business takes me past the building where he has his medical suite.

I didnt just eat Macs you know, look at the photoes i posted on the FAV Foods thread.

Speaking about valentines therewas this radio talkback that ran a segment for the ladies on what their husbands or boyfriends were doing for them.

One women judging by her accent was of asiatic background said her boyfriend was going to buy her some red roses next week, because they would be cheaper .......... Can you get away with that?

It is probably the only time in your life you will be able to say "Happy Valentines Day Tiger" without sounding exceptionally camp.:D

Actually I just can't stand Valentines Days. To me it's silly. So silly that last I started a thread in another forum called Boycott Valentines Day. But fret not I will get my lovely wife a card on V-Day...

SELL OUT!!

Actually I would never forget to buy Mrs S her card and present, I just love life way too much..

And to answer the original question, strangely Mrs S values Valentines day more. Although we had a special New Years Dinner last night.
