Please Note of the NWU the pattern is based on the Marine Marpat Utilities that is the cover is the pointed style not the rounded Army/USAF type the shirt has slanted Shoulder pockets the Collar is Marine style but the chest pockets are not Angled Pockets with Flat straight name tapes and the USS Constitution placed neatly on the Left pocket

the Raptor pictured his packing a pair of Drop tanks. F22 has two plumbed hard points on her wings and a pair of weapon points these are normally left unused as they inhibit the stealth capabilities of the bird. and that i have seen these are the first pics of a Raptor with drop tanks

Those drop tanks were probably for the Trans Pacific flight and Trans US flight all the way from Langley AFB VA.
