(Sept. 2008) A Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) from Special Boat Team 20 preps .50-caliber machine gun rounds before a live-fire training exercise in the Pamlico Sound. The SWCC fired .50-caliber machine guns and MK-19 grenade launchers from 11-meter rigid-hull inflatable boats preparing for an upcoming deployment supporting the Global War on Terrorism. Colonel Fennell is finishing up what will most likely be his last combat deployment with the A-10.
