[h=2]Operation Toy Drop 2012[/h]
Operation Toy Drop is the world's largest combined airborne operation and allows soldiers the opportunity to help less fortunate children everywhere receive toys for the holidays.

Soldiers donated a new, unwrapped toy yesterday at Pope Army Airfield's Green Ramp to earn a seat for today's jump and also the chance to earn airborne jump wings from participating allied nation jumpmasters.

Toy Drop, hosted by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), is the largest combined airborne operation in the world.

199th, 19th Fighter Squadrons team up to retake ACA (Aerospace Control Alert) mission

An F-22 Raptor taxis to the "Alert Pad," Dec. 6, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The active duty 19th Fighter Squadron, in partnership with the Hawaii Air National Guard's 199th Fighter Squadron, took over the Aerospace Control Alert mission from the Montana Air National Guard, who have operated the mission for the past two years during a transition from the F-15 Eagle to the F-22.

Marines and sailors of Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 26, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) participate in a mass casualty scenario during the MEU's Group Sail exercise, Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 14, 2012.

Group Sail consists of multiple training scenarios to include different variations of raids; visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) training; and tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel (TRAP) simulations.

The 26th MEU operates continuously across the globe, providing the president and unified combatant commanders with a forward-deployed, sea-based quick reaction force. The MEU is a Marine Air-Ground Task Force capable of conducting amphibious operations, crisis response, and limited contingency operations. The 26th MEU is slated to deploy in 2013. The AT-4 is a portable, single-shot recoilless smoothbore weapon used to destroy heavily armored vehicles.
